Common questions
I can't sign in. What should I do?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen — the reset email arrives at the address on the account. If the address itself is wrong or unreachable, write to us from any address and tell us the one the account uses.
How do I get started once I have an account?
Create a workspace, then add tickets to the Icebox or Backlog with the quick-add form at the top of either panel. Tickets carry a point estimate and move left to right — Icebox, Backlog, Current, Done — and the board updates live for everyone watching it.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings in either the web or the mobile app, at any time, with no support request. The Delete Account page linked below walks through it and says exactly what deletion removes and what stays.
Where do I find the full documentation?
Sign in and open Help & Support from the menu under your avatar. It carries the complete FAQ — ticket states, projects, iterations, velocity and the API — plus a contact form that reaches the same inbox as the address on this page.
How is my data handled?
The privacy policy linked below covers what is collected, how long it is kept, and the analytics choice you can make per site. Nothing on the board is sold or shared with advertisers.
How do I get the Juscribe app for my phone?
Search the App Store or Google Play for Juscribe, or open juscribe.ai on your phone and follow the link on the home page. It is free with your account — sign in with the same address you use here. On an iPhone, TestFlight is still there if you want builds before they reach the App Store.
