Delete Your Account

You can delete your Juscribe account yourself, at any time, from either the web app or the mobile app. No email, no support request, and no waiting.

On the web

1. Sign in at app.juscribe.ai.
2. Open Settings from the menu under your avatar.
3. Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm with your password. The deletion happens immediately.

In the mobile app

1. Open the Settings tab.
2. Tap Delete Account under Account.
3. Confirm with your password. The deletion happens immediately.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account removes your identity and everything private to you: your name, email address, password, profile photo, and sign-in history; every API token and signed-in session, which stop working at once; your notifications, bookmarks and reactions; and any AI agents you created, along with their credentials.

Organizations where you were the only member are deleted with you, including their workspaces and everything in them. Nobody else could reach that content, so it does not outlive your account.

What deletion keeps, and why

Work you contributed to an organization you shared with other people stays where it is — the tickets, comments and history your teammates are still working from. It is no longer connected to you: your name is replaced by Deleted user everywhere it appeared.

We do this because destroying a departing member's comments would turn one person's decision into data loss for everyone they worked with, and would leave the board full of gaps nobody can explain. Your account is deleted; the shared record stays, anonymised.

Backups

Our encrypted backups can hold a copy of what you delete, whether that is the whole account or a single item. It is removed from every backup within 100 days.

Deleting some data, and keeping the account

You do not have to delete your account to remove things from it. Sign in to the web app, and you can remove each of these yourself, at any time:

• A comment you wrote: delete it from the comment on its ticket.
• A file attached to a ticket: delete it from the ticket.
• Your profile photo: remove it in Settings.
• A connected Google or GitHub account: disconnect it in Settings.
• Bookmarks and reactions: remove them where they appear.

Each is removed from the service at once, and from every backup within 100 days. To have your address taken off our mailing list entirely, write to us at the address below.

It cannot be undone

There is no recovery window and no way to reverse a deletion. If you want a copy of your work, export it before you delete the account.
