“Totals are in september.xlsx. Flour went up again.”
“But I don’t code.”
A codebase is just a folder of files. Yours holds invoices, sketches, notes and spreadsheets, and an AI agent can work in it the same way it works in an engineer’s.
Juscribe is the board where you write down what needs doing, your agent does the legwork, and you decide when it’s done.
Engineers don’t care what language they read or write.
A codebase is a directory filled with folders, with files written in one language or another. Yours may have a folder for invoices, sketches, ideas, designs, notes and spreadsheets. Put the two side by side.

You don’t think “vibe coding” is for you?
Vibe coding means asking for what you want in plain words and letting an AI do the typing. Engineers use it to write code. The same ask writes your menu.
“Make this year’s holiday menu from last year’s, with the new flour prices.”
That’s the whole ticket. No form, no fields.
menus/holiday-2025.pdfsuppliers.xlsxmenus/holiday-2026.pdfFlour went up again, so three bread prices moved. Check the croissant.
A new file in your folder. Last year’s stays where it was.
Open the file. If it’s right, accept it and the ticket moves to Done. If not, send it back with a note and your agent tries again.
Bring the assistant you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. It joins your workspace, takes the tickets you give it, and hands each one back for you to look over. How to connect it
Your agent can do this in your folder from the Claude or ChatGPT desktop app, with no terminal. If you only want your board, it works in the chat you already use.
A workspace is one folder and one board, shared with whoever helps you. Pick one and see what’s in it.
Invoices in, menus out. Hand the adding-up to your agent and keep the baking for yourself.
“Totals are in september.xlsx. Flour went up again.”
Bills, forms, recipes and the roof. One board for the whole house, shared with whoever else lives there.
“Side by side in roof-quotes.xlsx. The lowest one leaves out the gutters.”
Four classmates and one deadline. Everyone sees who has what, and your agent keeps the sources straight.
“One page each, in drafts/summaries.md. Paper three disagrees with the other two.”
Your photos and case studies are already a folder. Let your agent write the captions while you pick the shots.
“Twelve captions in captions.md. Tell me which ones sound too formal.”
Officers change every year. The board doesn’t, so next year’s president starts where you left off.
“Draft is in newsletters/october.docx, laid out like September’s.”
Canvassing, donors, speeches and press. Every volunteer can see what’s next without another group text.
“Four routes by street, in canvassing/saturday.xlsx.”
They had a folder, a to-do list, and an assistant that could read both. Now so do you.
Two work in your folder, the way the shop’s agent did. The third works on your board alone.
In your folder
The Claude desktop app, or Work, in the ChatGPT desktop app. Connect Juscribe below, then choose your folder in the app. Your agent reads and writes the files there, and you never open a terminal.
Claude needs a paid plan to work in a folder. The ChatGPT plans that can add Juscribe are under its tab below.
In your folder
Claude Code, Codex and agents like them, for anyone happy to type a few commands to set one up.
Sign up, and setup walks you through it.
On your board only
Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, in the chat you already use, with nothing to install. It can’t open your folder, but it reads a photo or PDF you attach to a ticket, and it can attach a draft it writes. In ChatGPT it can also put a photo or PDF you add to the chat on a ticket.
Connect Juscribe below.
The desktop way and the chat way both start here. Add it once in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. You sign up on the way. If you add it by hand, do it on the app’s website. Its phone and desktop apps may not have the setting, but once it is added, it works there too.
